Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that it’s reached us. We will then get cracking, beautifully hand wrapping each item in our complimentary gift packaging so it arrives in pristine condition at your doorstep.
We usually ship all orders for in-stock items within 24-business hours. As soon as we have posted it, we will send an email with tracking information for your gorgeous new bedding so you can check how it’s getting on in its journey towards you.
As a UK based company, we offer free standard delivery on all orders to our local customers here within the UK. Deliveries take between 2-5 working days and are made between 8 am and 8 pm.

Please keep in mind that there may be additional fees, duties and taxes to pay upon the arrival of your package. You are responsible for paying such fees and these will be due at the time of or after goods are delivered. Ara Living is not liable for these charges and these can not be reimbursed or refunded. If you are not sure of these charges please contact the local customs office of the country the goods are being shipped to.

If you’d like your goods faster (we know sleep is important!), you may choose to upgrade your order to an expedited delivery for an additional fee. Please drop us a line at email@example.com so we can let you know how much the Express delivery to your location will cost.
We take pride in the quality of our products and fully stand behind their quality. But if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your goods and we will try our best to sort it out.
You may ask for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery (delivery is defined as the date the shipment was marked delivered by the carrier’s tracking number). In case of a refund, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend that you return the item(s) via Signed For post and that you take out insurance with your postal carrier. You assume any risk of lost or damaged goods during transit; we will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Note that goods being returned/exchanged must be in their original condition and packaging and refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
Once we have received the items in their original condition, depending on your choice, we will arrange for a credit note or refund for the cost of the item, less any shipping costs incurred at our end. We aim to process all returns 7-10 days after the items are received by us.
Please note that we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in value of the item that has occurred due to your handling, including any damage during transit.
At this point, we do not accept returns on gift cards. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
